Ingredients for a Tush Cushion:
1. Top Layer: cotton, flannel or jersey (I personally recommend cotton)
2. Absorbent layers: flannel and Zorb (Zorb is thin and highly absorbent - it is used in cloth baby diapers)
3. Waterproof layer: PUL (PUL is a breathable yet waterproof layer - it is also used in cloth baby diapers)
4. Bottom Layer: fleece or flannel (fleece keeps the Cushion in place and can aid in holding in moisture, flannel is less bulky but may shift more)

How to choose the right ones for you:
1. What is your flow like? Is it long and light? Short and heavy? Long and moderate?
2. Consider how many disposable sanitary pads you would have used. 3 per day? 5 per day? (You can get away with using less Cushions because they are VERY absorbent! I change mine Cushions frequently because it isn't costing me more $ to use more Cushions.)
3. How often do you wash a load of clothes? Once a week? Three time a week? (If you only wash one load per week, you'' need to order more Cushions than someone who washes three times a week).
